What are your delivery hours?<\/strong><\/p>

Couriers deliver shipments on weekdays, usually between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. It all depends on the\u00a0delivery location, weather conditions and the shipper himself.<\/p>

Will the courier call before delivering the package?<\/strong><\/p>

\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

  • In most cases, couriers call the recipients of shipments, but we cannot guarantee this. The courier is not obliged to do so.<\/li>
  • If you choose \u201cInPost parcel pick-up station\u201d as the delivery method, you will be informed by SMS when the parcel reaches the selected parcel machine.<\/li><\/ul>

    What if the courier shipment is delayed?<\/strong><\/p>

    The easiest way to do this is to contact the courier company you selected during your purchase and provide a tracking number.<\/p>
